If your project requires special design or you just need a simple pleasing design, Color Printing Pros can provide you with the service you require. The process is simple. Upon acceptance of the quote and terms, our designers produce a rough layout proof for you. If needed, changes can be made with a second proof for your approval. If you require a complex design, our designers create 3 or 4 layout possibilities. Upon selection of an idea, a comp (visual) is created for your approval. After approval of the design, we go into the production phase. We then provide you with a copy proof and a final proof for approval.

For a $35 fee, our art department can repair most problems with your artwork or uploads.
Our designers can repair most common file problems such as missing bleed, resizing files, rotating artwork, formatting text for safety zone, typesetting business cards, making changes to press ready PDF, and fix other common artwork problems.

  • Free File Review or Upload Problems:  You can email files directly to us for review (NO COST)

  • Art Check:  Check file to ensure it will upload and process without any issues (NO COST)

  • Check Fold Panels:  Verify artwork for correct positioning after folding (NO COST)

  • Separate Files:  Split one file containing 2 pages into 2 separate files for proper upload (NO COST)

What Services We Do For You At Nominal Charge...

 

  • Bleeds:   Add bleeds (extend artwork) if artwork on proof does not extend to the red line


  • Safety Zone:  Fix text or other elements that extend beyond the safety line


  • Centering:  Fix files to center correctly


  • Combine Files:  Combine single JPEG, TIFF or PDF files into multi-page PDF for booklet jobs


  • Typesetting:  We can fix or perform minor type changes 


 

What Issues Are Not Covered By File Repair...

 

     
  • Moving a graphic or design element
  •  Layout, extensive typesetting or design services

  • Re-sizing a file (i.e. resizing artwork from a postcard for a business card)
  • Repair Incompatible files that fail art upload due to incompatibility with our proofing system
