Roll Labels (Custom Cut)

Custom Roll Labels are Cheap as well as Unique

	Get your label noticed with a custom shape that complements your design. If you have a custom shape or odd size label, just select a size that's slightly larger and upload your custom cut file with your print file. With the ability to create labels of nearly any size or shape on a variety of label stocks, we are sure to fit your label printing needs.

White BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene)

White BOPP is made of Glossy White Polypropylene with a permanent adhesive that sticks well to a variety of surfaces. White BOPP is oil and water resistant but we only recommend it for indoor use.

Clear BOPP

Clear BOPP is made of Glossy Clear Polypropylene with a permanent adhesive that sticks well to a variety of surfaces. BOPP is oil and water resistant but we only recommend it for indoor use. We offer white ink as a 5th color on these.

Semi-Gloss Paper

Semi-Gloss Paper is a more budget friendly solution without sacrificing on quality. Semi-Gloss Paper stock has a permanent adhesive that sticks well to a variety of surfaces. It is not resistant to oil or water and is for indoor use only.

Bright Metallic Silver

Bright Metallic Silver Roll Label comes standard in a 2mil thickness. Offering excellent tear strength and opacity, these mirror-like labels are heat and chemical resistant so they're suitable for application on a variety of surfaces.

HOW TO SET UP AND CREATE CUSTOM LABELS

Custom Roll Labels are available for the following sizes:

1 x 1
2 x 2
3 x 3
4 x 4
5 x 5
6 x 6

Choose from the size that best fits your needs, then select the shape option "Custom Cut". On upload, you need to upload a front artwork file and a custom shape file.

CUSTOM ROLL LABEL FILE GUIDELINES:

Custom shape file must be created as a vector and saved as an EPS or PDF
Custom shape file should represent the cutline
Custom shape file should be a black line, 0.5 PT to 1 PT thick
Thin lines and small shapes are not recommended. Shapes smaller than 1/8" are not recommended and may result in unexpected results.
Bleed for Roll Labels is 0.0625" on each side and 0.125" all around
